CRC is an impartial research group devoted to the study of credit. It is independent of credit granting organisations and engages in both theoretical and highly applied research of interest to all stakeholders in the industry, including lenders, credit suppliers, credit scoring organisations, borrowers and government agencies.

What is the CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme?The CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme is central to the UK’s strategy for improving energy efficiency and reducing carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions, as set out in the Climate Change Act 2008. It has been designed to raise awareness in large organisations, especially at senior level, and encourage changes in behaviour and infrastructure.

To submit data electronically by email attachment, the file must be converted into the message format Electronic Data Interchange for Commerce and transport (EDIFACT) which is a United Nations International Standard. The Trade Interface Specification (TIS) documents have been prepared covering all Single European Markets (SEM) and Simplified.
Table driven implementation Another method to calculate a CRC is to use precalculated values and XOR them to the data received. The idea behind a table driven CRC implementation is that instead of calculating the CRC bit by bit, precomputed bytes are XORed to the data.
